Return & Exchange Policy

1. General Provisions

This Return & Exchange Policy governs the return, replacement, and exchange conditions for products purchased through lascoukraine.com.

By placing an order, the Customer confirms that they have read and accepted the terms of this policy.

2. Returns of Unused Products

In accordance with applicable Ukrainian consumer protection legislation, a Customer may request a return of a product of proper quality within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, provided that:

  • The product has not been used
  • The product retains its original appearance and consumer properties
  • Original packaging is preserved where applicable
  • Proof of purchase is available

Return shipping costs for voluntary returns are paid by the Customer.

3. Return Limitations

Returns may be refused in the following cases:

  • The product shows signs of use
  • The product was damaged due to Customer actions or improper handling
  • The product was custom-made, personalized, or modified upon request
  • The product belongs to categories excluded from return under applicable law

4. Natural Characteristics of Wooden Products

Wood is a natural material and may contain:

  • Variations in grain pattern, tone, or color
  • Natural micro-cracks or minor irregularities
  • Changes caused by humidity or temperature conditions

Such characteristics are natural properties of wood and are not considered defects or valid reasons for return.

5. Defective or Damaged Products

If the Customer receives a defective or damaged product:

  • The Customer must contact us within 48 hours after delivery
  • Photo and/or video evidence must be provided

After review and confirmation, available resolutions may include:

  • Replacement of the product
  • Repair (where possible)
  • Partial or full refund

In confirmed defect cases, return shipping costs may be covered by the Seller.

6. Return Procedure

To request a return or exchange, please contact us and provide:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue or reason for return
  • Photos or video of the product if required

7. Refunds
