Shipping & Payment

1. General Provisions

We ship products within Ukraine and internationally using trusted delivery services.

We operate under official agreements with carriers and payment providers to ensure secure shipping and safe payment processing.

2. Shipping Methods

Nova Poshta (Ukraine)

Orders within Ukraine are shipped via Nova Poshta to branch offices, parcel lockers, or courier delivery to the provided address.

Shipping cost is calculated according to Nova Poshta tariffs and paid by the Customer.

Estimated delivery time within Ukraine: 1–3 business days after dispatch.

International Shipping

We ship internationally via Nova Poshta Global to the United States, Europe, and other countries.

Delivery times depend on destination country, customs clearance, and local carrier conditions.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: up to approximately 3 weeks
  • Europe: up to approximately 2 weeks
  • Other countries: estimated individually depending on destination

For international shipments via Nova Poshta Global, shipping costs are usually paid in advance before dispatch.

Import duties, taxes, customs fees, and other charges required by the destination country are the responsibility of the Customer.

For smaller international retail orders, we recommend placing your order through our Etsy store, where shipping calculations and checkout are often simplified.

You may also contact our manager directly to discuss all delivery and payment details individually.

Rozetka Delivery

Rozetka Delivery is available for selected domestic orders within Ukraine only.

International shipping through Rozetka Delivery is not available.

Other Carriers

In certain cases, delivery may be arranged through other carriers upon prior agreement with the Customer.

3. Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed on business days.

Some products are made to order. In such cases, exact production and dispatch times are communicated during or after checkout.

4. Payment Methods

Ukraine Orders

Available payment methods may include:

  • Cash on Delivery
  • Online payment via Apple Pay / Google Pay
  • Other payment options available during checkout

International Orders

Payment methods for international orders are arranged individually.

To confirm the preferred payment method, please contact us before or after placing your order.

Available options may include:

  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • Payoneer
  • IBAN bank transfer

Custom Order Payment Terms

For made-to-order products, payment may be divided into two stages:

  • Advance payment before production begins
  • Remaining balance upon completion or before shipment

The advance payment amount is communicated individually.

5. Important Information

  • Orders enter production after confirmation or payment, depending on selected payment method.
  • The Customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
  • The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or force majeure circumstances.

6. Receiving the Order

Upon delivery, the Customer must inspect:

  • Package condition
  • Correctness of delivered items
  • Absence of visible damage

If damage is found, it must be documented with the carrier at the time of delivery, and the Seller must be contacted within 48 hours.

7. Refusal to Accept Delivery

If the Customer refuses to accept the order without valid reason, shipping and return delivery costs may be charged to the Customer.
