Public Offer / Terms of Use
1. General Provisions
This document constitutes a public offer in accordance with the laws of Ukraine and sets out the terms and conditions for the sale of goods through lascoukraine.com (the “Website”).
Placing an order on the Website means the Customer fully and unconditionally accepts these Terms.

2. Subject of Agreement
The Seller agrees to transfer ownership of goods to the Customer, and the Customer agrees to pay for and accept the goods under these Terms.
3. Orders
Orders are placed using the Website functionality.
The Customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary to process the order.
The Seller is not responsible for consequences caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the Customer.
4. Prices & Payment
Product prices are listed on the Website and may be changed without prior notice.
Payment may be made using one of the methods available on the Website or agreed individually for certain orders.
Payment is considered completed once funds are actually received by the Seller.
5. Production & Lead Times
Some products may be made to order.
In such cases, production and delivery timelines may differ from standard dispatch times and will be communicated additionally.
The Seller is not liable for delays caused by:
- Actions of third parties (carriers, logistics providers)
- Force majeure circumstances
- Other events beyond the Seller’s reasonable control
6. Delivery
Delivery is carried out through shipping carriers and logistics providers.
Delivery terms, timelines, and costs are determined by the relevant carrier or agreed separately for international shipments.
Risk of accidental loss or damage passes to the Customer from the moment the goods are handed over to the carrier, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
7. Receiving Goods
The Customer must inspect the goods upon receipt.
If damage or discrepancies are discovered, the Customer must:
- Report and document the issue with the carrier at the point of delivery
- Contact the Seller within 48 hours
8. Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are governed by the separate Return & Exchange Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
9. Warranty & Liability
The Seller guarantees that goods generally correspond to their description on the Website.
Due to the nature of wood as a natural material, products may have natural variations in grain, tone, and appearance.
Such variations are not defects.
The Seller is not liable for:
- Improper use of the product
- Failure to follow care instructions
- Natural wear and tear
- Damage caused after delivery
10. Force Majeure
Both parties are released from liability for failure to perform obligations caused by force majeure events beyond reasonable control.
11. Personal Data
By placing an order, the Customer consents to the processing of personal data in accordance with the Website Privacy Policy.
12. Dispute Resolution
All disputes shall first be resolved through negotiations.
If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.
13. Other Conditions
The Seller reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
