Wooden “Jamon” Serving Platter with Sauce Cup Recess, Ash, 48×24 cm is a large shaped wooden serving board with a spacious recessed area, raised edge, handle and separate round compartment for a sauce cup. It is designed for presenting jamón, sliced meats and cheese, steaks, kebabs, appetizers, snacks, fruit and other dishes.

The original elongated shape provides plenty of space for creating an impressive gastronomic arrangement. The platter can be used to present thinly sliced jamón, prosciutto, cured meats, cheese, canapés, vegetables, fruit, nuts and appetizers for several guests.

The recessed serving area and raised edge help keep food, crumbs and juices inside the platter. A separate round recess near the handle is suitable for a sauce cup, small bowl or individual servings of sauce, mustard, honey, jam, olives, nuts and other accompaniments.

The platter is made of natural ash wood with a distinctive grain pattern and finished with linseed oil. Its 48×24 cm serving area is suitable for large appetizer, tasting, banquet and festive sets. The integrated handle makes carrying and serving the prepared arrangement more convenient.
