Compact Board for Restaurant Presentation

The 30×17 cm size makes the “Ellipse” model convenient for individual and portioned food presentation. It can be used for a small cheese or meat set, appetizers served with drinks, desserts, pastries or individual restaurant dishes.

The oval shape creates a balanced presentation and allows food to be arranged naturally along the serving surface. The board is particularly suitable for HoReCa establishments where both practicality and visual presentation are important.

Recessed Surface with Raised Edge

The serving area is positioned slightly below the outer edge of the board. The raised perimeter helps contain small amounts of juices, sauces and crumbs and reduces the chance of them reaching the table during serving.
